Audience segmentation

In trying to attract and retain the diversity of talent we need, it’s critical that we tailor our communications to our targeted audiences. As a result, we have put together four different audience profiles based on the research conducted during the development of the EVP. 

All messaging is based around the four brand pillars and selected the pillar(s) that resonate most with that audience. However, this high-level guidance should be complemented with the local market knowledge. 

The Operative
Skilled technical workforce in production areas.
The Manager
Employees who have a management role that could include leading a team.
The Support Role
Employees who support the business but do not have a management role.
The Graduate / Early Talent
Candidates who have recently left education and are now looking for their first role.
