Poster / Advert

We may live in the digital era, but posters and press ads can still play a significant role in attraction as it gives readers the opportunity to engage with your message at their own pace. In landscape executions, the image should sit on the left, while in portrait executions it should sit at the top.

Brochure / Tri-fold leaflet

The same design principles apply to brochures and leaflets as they do to posters and press. However, the benefit of a brochure or a leaflet is that you can use more pages.  The front should feature the key visual and headline, while the other pages can go into more detail. The last page should contain all contact details.

These brochures can be used in situations where you may be meeting candidates, such as special recruitment events, at interviews, for trainees when promoting training events for technical people in collaboration with external partners.

Internal referral posters & cards

No one knows better than our employees what it’s really like to work at Umicore. That makes them a great asset when it comes to attracting new talent. If you wish to use the employer brand to encourage referrals you can. However, instead of using the headline to focus on our core business activities, you should use it to suggest that as an employee they already have the knowledge and insight they need to spot people who would be a great addition to our team.
