A bespoke grading creates consistency throughout our imagery. We have a vast database of images, both contemporary and historical, and we must recognize the intrinsic value of our visual heritage. Consistency is key in reflecting our brand’s essence across diverse imagery which is why we’ve developed bespoke color grading techniques to ensure every photograph seamlessly integrates with our refreshed look and feel.
Step 2 : Installation of the presets in photoshop
Open photoshop and the image you want to treat. Once the image is open you can select Filter > Camera Raw Filter.
When the Camera Raw Filter is open you can click the 3 dotted icon on the right and select load settings.
Step 3: Using the main preset
- Select the preset icon on the right
- Choose the main Umicore treatment preset.
- When you’ve selected the preset you can use the Umicore treatment slider and see the changes live on the image. You can adjust the intensity of the treatment by moving the slider left or right.
- When you’re happy with the result, click open on the bottom right and you can save the image in Photoshop.
Two other presets for details
- In some cases after the main preset treatment the green colors look somewhat faded. Then you can open the Camera Raw filter again and select the Green accent preset to bring back some of the green tints.
- In some cases after the main preset treatment the red tint are a little to present. Then you can open the Camera Raw filter again and select the less reds preset to tone down the amount of red in the picture.
