Nearly all pages benefit from a contextual contact solution. This can be a contact form but can also be done with the 'Contacts' component to display contact persons. In this component multiple contact persons can be added displaying their:
- Picture (when available)
- First and last name
- Function
- Phone number (when available)
It is also possible to add contacts in the side bar when it is used. All contact details are managed through the Umicore control panel.
Adding a contact form
A contact form can be added by using the form builder in the control panel. The form can be shown directly on the page or can be shown in an overlay. In the second case a call to action needs to be provided as an entry point.
