The jobs spotlight exists in two variations. Both consist out two sections. The first section is a call to action banner to link to the careers section of the website consisting of a background image, call to action title and button. This section preferably links to the 'Working at Umicore' section.
The second section is different in both variations:
Job search
The job search variant allows users to directly search in the available job openings and goes to the filtered job openings page on click. A secondary button allows to directly go to the job openings page without searching.
This variant is recommended to link to the careers section from more general pages.
Job listing
The second variant highlights a set of available job openings based on the set labels. A secondary link directs to the job openings page.
This component is best suited for use on pages that can be directly linked to certain types of job openings. For example: displaying a set of jobs in a specific business unit or country.
