System stand solution
We offer a System Stand solution for booth sizes up to 20 sqm. Our System Stands are based on a predefined structure with selected configuration options, combining standardized elements with a high degree of flexibility. This ensures a professional, brand‑aligned stand design suitable for smaller events.
The modular setup can be adapted to your unit’s communication goals and functional requirements, enabling a coherent and consistent brand presence even on compact stand spaces.
Layout & visitor flow
- Ensure the footprint feels spacious by using white as the dominant color for all structural panels.
The attention-flow
- Use the back wall as a singular communication surface for the main brand message. (Orientation zone)
- Place a table or a display case at the edge of the booth to bridge the gap between the aisle and the brand space. (Presentation & Conversation zone)
Asset development & information balance
- Even in smaller spaces, the "One Main Message" rule applies. Choose a headline and add basic information.
- Follow our guidelines to prepare the layout. Especially take a look at the Graphic identiy, Visual Identity and the examples and key principles within the Brand Applications.
- Apply the Umicore primary colors or the gradient color effect only as an accent.
- Keep wall information minimal; provide detailed product specifications through a digital interface or printed handouts to encourage staff-to-visitor interaction.
Mobile solutions
Mobile stands are lightweight, portable solutions for very small spaces, conferences, or events that require a minimal setup. They ensure brand consistency through graphical elements and can be assembled and transported with ease.
These stand options allow you to represent the Umicore brand when a larger booth is not feasible. By combining a few basic elements, they can be adapted to different situations while maintaining a unified brand presence.

- Keep the floor space in front of the stand as clear as possible to avoid blocking visitor movement and create space that invites visitors
