For trade show participations below 20 sqm, we offer standardized system stand solutions or as an alternative mobile solutions. These smaller formats follow our Design & Concept guidelines and ensure a consistent Umicore look & feel, while keeping planning and installation effort efficient.

System stand solution

We offer a System Stand solution for booth sizes up to 20 sqm. Our System Stands are based on a predefined structure with selected configuration options, combining standardized elements with a high degree of flexibility. This ensures a professional, brand‑aligned stand design suitable for smaller events.

The modular setup can be adapted to your unit’s communication goals and functional requirements, enabling a coherent and consistent brand presence even on compact stand spaces.

Layout & visitor flow

  • Ensure the footprint feels spacious by using white as the dominant color for all structural panels.

The attention-flow

  • Use the back wall as a singular communication surface for the main brand message. (Orientation zone)
  • Place a table or a display case at the edge of the booth to bridge the gap between the aisle and the brand space. (Presentation & Conversation zone)

Mobile solutions

Mobile stands are lightweight, portable solutions for very small spaces, conferences, or events that require a minimal setup. They ensure brand consistency through graphical elements and can be assembled and transported with ease.

These stand options allow you to represent the Umicore brand when a larger booth is not feasible. By combining a few basic elements, they can be adapted to different situations while maintaining a unified brand presence.

Layout & visitor flow

  • Focus on a singular, easy-to-build backdrop that defines the brand territory in a small area.
  • Keep the floor space in front of the stand as clear as possible to avoid blocking visitor movement and create space that invites visitors

The attention-flow

  • The entire stand acts as an Orientation zone; the headline must be readable from a distance.
  • The conversation happens directly at the stand.

Asset development & information balance

  • Use a high-resolution visual with a direct headline following the guidelines. 
  • Include the graphical block shapes to bring more complex messages.
  • Take a look at the roll-up layouts.
  • Avoid too much text; rely on the staff and use QR codes or brochures to handle all complex data.
